These terms apply to purchases made at a-b-o.se by consumers. Swedish
law applies, including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act
(konsumentköplagen) and the Distance Contracts Act
(distansavtalslagen).

Prices and payment
All prices are shown in SEK and include VAT. Shipping costs are added
at checkout and shown before the order is placed. Payment is made
through the methods offered at checkout.

Orders
A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If a
product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot be delivered, we
will contact you and you may cancel the order. We reserve the right to
decline orders.

Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated
on the product page. Objects produced in small batches or made to order
have their production lead time stated on the product page before
purchase. All orders are shipped with tracked delivery. If delivery is
delayed, you will be informed and may cancel the order if the delay is
significant.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of
receiving the goods. See our Refund policy for how this works.

Faulty goods
If an object is faulty, you have the right to complain for up to three
years from delivery. A fault discovered within two months of delivery
is always considered reported in time. Where a fault appears within two
years of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we
can show otherwise. Contact us at contact@a-b-o.se with a description
and photographs.

Disputes
If we cannot reach agreement, you may refer the matter to the Swedish
National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden,
ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We follow ARN's
recommendations.

Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy.
André Bern Objects AB is the data controller.

Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond
our reasonable control.
