A-B-O is a design studio creating objects for everyday use.
Founded by designer André Bern, the studio explores familiar objects through small shifts in geometry, proportion, and material. Rather than adding complexity, the work focuses on reduction — removing what is unnecessary until only the essential structure remains.
Geometry is the starting point. Play is the method. Essentialism is the filter.
The result is a collection of objects that sit between clarity and surprise: pieces designed to integrate naturally into everyday life while quietly changing how they are perceived and used.
Objects are produced in small batches or limited runs, allowing the studio to develop new work carefully over time.
