Shipping

We currently ship within the European Union.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Delivery times vary depending on destination, but typically range between 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Some objects are produced in small batches or made to order. In those cases, the estimated production lead time will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. A.B.O cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Returned items must be:

unused
in their original condition
returned in the original packaging

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
